*The unboxing video MUST be required to file a claim,
and failure to include the unboxing video recorded before opening the box, will automatically subject your claim to be rejected.
*We will only process damage/refund inquiries that are sent to us within 7 days of your order delivery date.

If your order contains a US-Only album(s) with other international available items, your US-Only album may be sent out first in order to count towards the charts, as these sales need to be reported within a specific time period.”
Shipment is location based. UK orders are shipped from the UK. The rest of the European orders are shipped from Germany. ASIA orders are shipped from the KR. All other countries’ orders (US, etc.) are shipped from LA. hello82 is not responsible for any customs fees in your country. (*If you are located outside of Asia, we send all the orders to the relevant shipping facility and fulfill it there, so it may take some time.)

You MUST submit your unboxing video within 7 days of your delivery date.
Claims submitted after the 7 days or without the unboxing video, may be rejected.
