Can I choose the version/photocard for an album?

If the product does not give you the option to choose the version, then the album will be random. The version, member, and/or member photocard will be random and cannot be chosen.

Does my purchase reflect on the US/Hanteo/Circle charts?

Total purchase volume at hello82.shop is reflected in Hanteo, and Circle charts.

For US charts, check product's descriptions for “US orders count towards US charts”.

Am I guaranteed a photocard of each member if I purchase the same number of albums as the number of members?

Because the album inclusions are already sealed within the products, we cannot guarantee that you will receive each member with no repeats

Would you send all versions if I buy more than 2 albums?

Based on our randomization system, we will try our best so you don't receive repeats; however, we cannot guarantee that you will receive each version.

SIGNED ALBUMS

When is my signed album going to ship out?

  • Due to the nature of signing albums, it will take some time for the artists to finish signing the albums and then it will take time for the albums to get to the U.S. from Korea when they are done.
  • Make sure to read the product description for more detailed information for each product.

    • Can I choose which member's signature or photocard I receive?

  • No, individual member signatures/photocards cannot be chosen. However, select product will allow you to choose a specific version of the album, please, refer to the product description before purchasing.
  • We also have photocard trading days where you can come and look for PCs/signatures to complete your collection!

    • Why is my album not signed on the cover?

  • Artist management decides where the artists sign the items, it is not guaranteed that the signature will be on the album itself but could be on the inclusions/packaging.
  • hello82 does not determine where the artists sign, that is up to the artist management

    • I see scratches/smudges on the signature, can I get a refund or another product?

    Any small imperfections of the signature itself and/or any marks or small dents/damages are not considered defective and the items are not subject to return or exchange

    Can I cancel my order for my signed album?

    Please read the product descriptions for more details.
