Yes! However, please ensure that whoever is coming to pick up your order has the following things:
A copy of the ID of the person whose name is on the order.
The order number
A copy of the original confirmation email for the order (This can be forwarded or screenshotted)
You have 2 weeks to pick up your order before it is automatically refunded and we reshelve the item(s).
Normal policies still apply: 7 days to file claim and unboxing video required.
