POP-UPS

  • Any incorrect, missing, or defective products must be returned/exchanged with receipt before the event ends.
  • All sales are final. After the event ends, we will NOT accept any return/exchange/refund orders no matter the circumstance.

  • PLAY82

    The rules may vary event to event, please, make sure to check the rules for the specific event you are attending. In particular, the rules regarding camera equipment, and acceptable items may vary.

  • Requests for PLAY82 events will be considered; however, it is not guaranteed to be granted.
  • DSLRs/Professional Cameras/Telescopic lenses or other camera attachments
  • Weapons (e.g. taser, pepper spray, pocket knives, etc.)
  • Outside Food or Drink (water is okay)
  • Signs that will impede the vision of people around you
  • Flash photography
  • Yes! We encourage fans to enjoy the event and take pictures with their favorite artists
  • The following camera equipment is NOT allowed: 
    • DSLRs/Professional Cameras/Telescopic lenses or other camera attachments
    • Flash Photography is NOT allowed
  • If you are seen by staff with prohibited items, we will ask you to put it away, and if you are seen to continue disobeying rules, you will be asked to leave.
  • If you are seen acting inappropriately, we will ask you to behave as an initial warning, and will result in asking you to leave the event if the inappropriate behavior continues.
  • This depends on the artist management, please, ask a hello82 staff member the day of the event if gifts are allowed.
  • No. All PLAY82 products sold are final sale and cannot be exchanged/returned/refunded.
  • Inspect your purchases for any missing/damaged/wrong items before leaving the event or before the event ends. Once the event ends or you leave the premises, no claims will be accepted.
  • CUPSLEEVE

    Rules vary per event, please, check hello82 social media pages for specific information regarding each event!

  • You get 1 cupsleeve per drink! If you would like 2 cupsleeves, you will need to buy 2 drinks.
  • For each cupsleeve event, cupsleeves are available while supplies last and not guaranteed.
  • We love working with fans to create a memorable cupsleeve experience for everyone to enjoy!
  • If you are interested in hosting an event please login to the Help Center and submit a hosting event Request Form to get further assistance on eligibility and availability from a representative.
  • VIDEO CALLS/FANSIGN

    Each video call/fansign rules vary from artist to artist, please read through the product description carefully for any important details about the event.

  • Once the sales period has ended, we do not accept refunds.
  • However, this may vary per event, please login to the Help Center and submit a refund Request Form for further assistance from a representative to determine if your item is eligible for a refund.
  • However, once the winners are announced, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
  • No, you are NOT able to edit or change the name of a video call/fansign event product after purchasing.
  • CAREFULLY CHECK THAT YOUR CUSTOMER NAME AND SHIPPING NAME ARE CORRECT BEFORE PURCHASING.
