Will I get my LIGHT STICK in time for the concert?
LIGHT STICKS will begin shipping October 25th. While we cannot ensure delivery before your concert date, we understand how important it is, and will do our best to deliver in time for the concert.
If you want to be extra sure you will have your LIGHT STICK in time, we recommend pre-ordering for Pop-up store pick up in the city of the show you're attending.
Please see product details for Pop-up store locations and dates.

What if I receive a defective item?
Please be sure to film an unboxing video when you receive your package in case you need to report any damage to your item(s).

Can I change my order from pickup to shipping or vice versa?
We are no longer accepting any order modifications or cancellations, as all sales are final.  If you want to add something to your order, you can make a new order as long as supplies last.

How can I get ATEEZ OFFICIAL TOUR MERCH?
OFFICIAL TOUR MERCH, is available on our shop for pre-order. Once you check out, you will be able to choose a Pop-up store location and time to pick up your order. (Shipping is only offered for the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK.)
OFFICIAL TOUR MERCH will also be available for walk-in purchases at the Pop-up stores and Tour venues.

OFFICIAL NORTH AMERICA EXCLUSIVE TOUR MERCH is now available on our shop! Once you check out, you will be able to choose a Pop-up store location and time to pick up your order.
OFFICIAL NORTH AMERICA EXCLUSIVE TOUR MERCH will also be available for walk-in purchases at the Pop-up stores and Tour venues.

OFFICIAL POP-UP EXCLUSIVE TOUR MERCH is now available on our shop! Once you check out, you will be able to choose a Pop-up store location and time to pick up your order. If you already have a previous order, you may pick up both at the same time as long as you choose the same pick-up location and date.
OFFICIAL POP-UP EXCLUSIVE TOUR MERCH will also be available for walk-in purchases at the Pop-up stores. (It will not be available at the Tour venues.)

THERE WILL BE NO PRE-ORDER PICK UP AT THE TOUR VENUES, only pick up your order at the Pop-up store location and time you choose at check-out.

Why can't I check out?
You must be logged in to your hello82.shop account to check out with certain items.
You must also select the same pick up location as the product name, (i.e. LA PICK UP products can only be checked out with the LA PICK UP option).
Items in your cart cannot exceed the item limit per account/order noted on the product page. 

Can I change my pick up time if something comes up?
You cannot change your pick up time on your order, but if you cannot make your reserved time, we can help you after we finish seeing all other reservations on a first come first serve basis.

Can I change my order from pickup to shipping or vice versa?
We are no longer accepting order modifications or cancellations, as all sales are final.  If you would like to add something to your order, you can make a new separate order. 

I am going to multiple stops for the ATEEZ concerts and want to pick up my order across multiple Pop-up stores. Why can't I buy all the merch all at once?
Please only pick one PICK UP location per order. If you want to pick up orders in multiple cities, please make multiple orders with one city's pick up location at a time.

Can someone else pick up my order for me if I am not able to anymore?
If you need someone else to pick up your order, please email hello82tv@kaimediagroup.com their name(s) so we can make sure your order is handed off to the right person.

Can I have my order shipped to me if I can’t pick it up anymore?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship your order to you if you can't pick it up. Please ensure you're able to have it picked up before completing your purchase. If you send a friend to pick up your order for you, please email hello82tv@kaimediagroup.com with their name so we can make sure your order is handed off to the right person.

I made a mistake on my order, can I change/add more products to my order?
You cannot change or add product to your order, but you can make a new separate order as long as items last.

My personal info is wrong (i.e. name, email, address), can I fix it?
We are no longer accepting order modifications as all sales are final, so please be very careful when checking out.

What if I receive a defective item?
All pick ups and sales at the Pop-up locations are final, so please check your items before you leave the cashier table.

What is the product limit for each item?
LIGHT STICKS are limited to 5 per customer, (but the LIGHT STICK for pick up and the LIGHT STICK for shipping are counted separately, so you can order 5 of each in two separate orders).
All other official tour merch items are limited to 50 total in your order.

Are the limits by ORDER or by PERSON? If I want to buy more than the limit, can I just make multiple orders?
You can buy products in multiple orders for all items aside from the LIGHT STICK, which is limited by account. Be very careful about selecting pick up locations and times that you can actually attend to pick up the items because all sales are final.

What if I buy a product for shipping and now I want to pick up? Can I switch it to pick up?
You cannot switch from shipping to pick up or cancel your shipping order, but you can make onsite purchases.

If I am not going to the concert, can I still buy merch at the Pop-up store?
Yes! You do not have to go to the concert to buy merch at the Pop-up store.

If I ordered online for pick up, can I still buy more merch at the Pop-up store?
Yes! Onsite sales will be available at Pop-up stores.

*Note that the OC pick up location will ONLY be a pick up spot for pre-orders and will not have onsite sales available.
