*Pre-order BUNDLES will be available for pick-up on-site only on the day of the event. (Only the buyer is able to pick up the items. You cannot have someone else pick up the items for you.)
*Items will only be available for pick-up on event day. We cannot ship items to you, and we are not responsible for getting your order to you if you are unable to attend the event for any reason.
*Only 1 Bundle A is allowed per account. If you are found to be purchasing more than 1 Bundle A in one account, your order might be cancel.
*Since this is a limited product just for this event, the sales period may close without prior notice if all the BUNDLES sell out.
*Due to the nature of the product and event, order changes or cancellation will not be allowed after the end of the sales period.
|The questionnaire for QUESTION PARADE will be distributed to BUNDLE A buyers starting on Friday, August 19th, approximately one week before the event. Once the questionnaire distribution begins, refunds or cancellation of this order is not allowed. Please make sure to check carefully before purchasing.|
BUNDLE A Buyers Check-in and entrance time: 12:30PM - 1:30PM (120 people)
*120 BUNDLE A buyers will enter in advance for the Question Parade rehearsal.
*120 BUNDLE A buyers will be notified about their participation in Question Parade via the email address associated with your hello82.shop BUNDLE order. Please make sure to double-check your email address.
*Please be aware that if your email address is incorrect and you do not contact us ahead of time via email, you will NOT be able to participate in Question Parade even if your purchase is verified on the day of the event.
*Please make sure to look out for an email regarding additional information about your participation in Question Parade. Make sure to check your spam as well.
*If you do not receive a participation email 7 days before the event, please send an email with your BUNDLE A order number to email@example.com.
Please check in with your ID and verify your hello82.shop account to receive a wristband.
*The customer name and shipping name found on hello82.shop > My Account must match. Name on the ID must also match to receive a wristband and product on-site.
*Please make sure to show your actual ID.
*Please have your hello82.shop > MyAccount page ready on your phone to check in. No screenshots or images will be accepted.

After checking in and receiving you wristband, please head over to the "Merch Pick up" table to receive the BUNDLE you purchased.
*If your wristband is lost or damaged, a new one will NOT be reissued. If you lose or damage your wristband, we will not be able to give you your merch, and you will not be able to watch or participate in the event. Please make sure to have the wristband on at all times during the event and inside the venue.
*Reselling, transferring, or gifting your wristband to anyone else is prohibited. If caught, the wristband will be invalidated and entry will not be allowed.
Event participation and viewing information
PLAY82 WITH P1Harmony start time: 3PM
*PLAY82 WITH P1Harmony will have designated seats for BUNDLE A buyers.
- Standing room only. Each BUNDLE (B, C, D) type and Free Entrance will have their own designated areas.
*No purchase necessary to enter the event. First-come, first-served basis until max capacity.
FREE ENTRY may be based on a first-come, first-serve basis depending on the situation on-site.
*Pictures and video recordings are allowed for this event.
*If you threaten the safety of others or cause conflict with others, you will be removed from the event. You will not receive a refund.
*If you leave the venue and would like to enter again, you may need to wait or you may be restricted from re-entry depening on the situation on-site. Please follow on-site staff instructions regarding re-entry.
*Please pay close attention to your belongings and safety.
*To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we advise you to wear a KF94 mask inside the venue at all times. Admission may be prohibited if you do not wear a mask. Please follow on-site staff instructions.
*Outside food and drinks will not be allowed inside the venue.
*Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. If caught, you may be removed from the venue.
*There is no on-site parking at hello82 LA. Venue parking tickets will not be sold.

- Limited valet parking available.
*Event organizers are not responsible for any potential accidents caused by not following the written or on-site staff instructions. We ask for your cooperation for the event to run smoothly.
Refund and Exchange Information
*All on-site event products are final sale. Please check if you received the correct items as soon as you receive them. Any incorrect, missing, or defective products must be returned/exchanged with receipt before the event ends.
*After the event day, you cannot refund/exchange for any reason.
- The delivery date may vary depending on the type of product you ordered. Please read each product page carefully to check when the shipping process will begin for your item(s).
- Deliveries outside of Asia will take a bit more time because we must first ship products from Korea to our US warehouse according to order volume.
- If your order contains items that have different marked sales periods, we usually wait until all items have arrived in the warehouse to send the items you ordered at the same time. (The items in your order may still be shipped in separate boxes).
- hello82 is not responsible for packages that are late, missing, or stolen in cases caused by the shipping carrier.
- hello82 does not pay for any taxes or fees associated with retrieving your package from customs in your country. Please note that these taxes and fees vary by country and shipping carrier.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
- We will only process damage/refund inquiries that are sent to us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
- For missing/defective inquiries, you must provide an unboxing video including a view of the package as you received it and a detailed view of the product(s).
(Please note that if the missing or defective cannot be checked through the unboxing video, exchange or return is not possible.)* Refunds, exchanges, and returns will not be processed for the following:
- Products that come with special experiences such as Video Call Events and showcases or livestreams have a strict no refund or cancellation policy after the end of the sales period.
- Plastic covering and outer boxes are considered part of the packaging to protect internal items, so damage to those parts will not be considered.
- For artist portraits, defects on the back of the item, excluding the portrait, will also not be considered as damage. Defects outside the artist’s portrait and minor defects that can only be identified through light reflection will not be considered as damaged.
- For all claims, please send in an unboxing video with a full view of the package being opened and the contents inside. Claims will not be processed without an unboxing video.
- Policy on exchanges and returns can be applied differently for each product, so please check the product details when purchasing.
