- In order to ensure smooth delivery, products under separate fansign dates MUST be purchased separately.
- Album (L, D) or Photocard (US, hello82) versions will be random.
- Since this is a limited quantity product, the product may sell out and sales may end without notice.
- CUSTOMER NAME, SHIPPING NAME, and PHOTO ID will be checked and required for selected winners. You will NOT be able to edit or change the NAME after purchasing. Please make sure to carefully check your CUSTOMER NAME and SHIPPING NAME before purchasing.
- Only the 50 lucky fans will only be able to attend the FANSIGN EVENT. This is NOT an open event.
- Due to the nature of the event, refunds/cancellations will not be allowed after the end of the sales period.

If you purchase an ‘in-stock’ item with pre-order items, your order will not be shipped out until we receive all items. If you would like to receive your ‘in-stock’ item(s) first, please purchase it in a separate order.
If your items have different release dates, we usually wait until all the items in your order have arrived at our fulfillment center to ship them out together. (NOTE: Your items may be sent in separate packages if you ordered a large number of items or if they are under different order numbers)
If your order contains a US-Only album(s) with other international available items, your US-Only album may be sent out first in order to count towards the charts, as these sales need to be reported within a specific time period.
Shipment is location based. UK orders are shipped from the UK. The rest of the European orders are shipped from Germany. ASIA orders are shipped from the KR. All other countries’ orders (US, etc.) are shipped from LA. hello82 is not responsible for any customs fees in your country.
PLEASE TAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO in case you need to report missing/damaged items.
*Please start the recording BEFORE YOU OPEN THE BOX, and submit the video without any skips or other editing.
*The unboxing video MUST be required to file a claim,
and failure to include the unboxing video recorded before opening the box, will automatically subject your claim to be rejected.
*We will only process damage/refund inquiries that are sent to us within 7 days of your order delivery date.

You MUST submit your unboxing video within 7 days of your delivery date.
Claims submitted after the 7 days or without the unboxing video, may be rejected.

If you do NOT have a hello82.shop account, you may sign up using a unique email and password.
